As a Principal at Whittaker Knez, Sean assumes direct responsibility for a diverse range of critical business functions. These encompass sourcing private equity for targeted investments in income-generating properties, securing debt financing, fostering equity investor partnerships, overseeing the assessment of potential acquisitions, managing development initiatives, coordinating debt placements for all projects, and providing strategic guidance for the company's new development ventures. Before launching Whittaker Knez, Sean served as President at a hospitality firm, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and development strategies. His responsibilities included leading acquisitions and development, overseeing personnel at all levels of the organization, and addressing day-to-day challenges with strategic solutions. He also founded and spearheaded the company's non-profit organization, "The Caregiver Shelter Fund," and led public relations efforts to provide housing for displaced Caregivers during the pandemic. Sean is a follower of Jesus who firmly believes that, through Christ, all things are possible.

As a Principal at Whittaker Knez, Bo assumes a central role in shaping the company's latest ventures. He assesses potential development opportunities, collaborates with municipal authorities and key stakeholders, and provides comprehensive oversight throughout the construction process. Additionally, Bo effectively oversees various facets of day-to-day business activities, encompassing land development, feasibility studies, master planning, and financial analysis for Whittaker Knez projects. In addition to his role at Whittaker Knez, Bo Knez is the founder and CEO of Knez Homes and affiliated companies. Originally from Koper, Slovenia, Bo moved to Cleveland at the age of 7, attended St. Vitus Elementary School and St. Joseph High School, and later pursued higher education at Cleveland State University. Bo's journey reflects the true American Dream. Outside of his professional pursuits, Bo enjoys riding motorcycles, staying active through workouts, and nurturing his passion for cars. Most importantly, he takes great pride in his children. Bo is an active contributor to his community, engaging in construction projects for non-profit organizations and regularly supporting St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Bo is widely recognized as an expert. His advice to first-time builders is straightforward: "Think hard with laser focus."
